  2. Condition for Return:

    • The trees must be in their original, undamaged condition for a return to be accepted. This includes ensuring the rootball is completely intact and the tree itself shows no signs of damage.

  3. Non-Returnable if Planted:

    • Please note that if a tree has been planted, it is no longer eligible for return. This policy is in place because planting a tree significantly alters its condition and viability for resale or replanting.

  4. Care and Maintenance:

    • While the trees are in your possession, they must be properly watered and cared for. This is essential to keep them healthy and in a condition suitable for return.

  5. Initiating the Return:

    • To start the return process, please reach out to us within the 48-hour period with your order details and reason for return. Our team will assist you with the necessary steps.

  6. Return Inspection and Processing:

    • Upon return, the trees will be inspected to confirm their condition. If they meet our return criteria, we will proceed with your refund or exchange as per your choice.
